On the main level, guests are welcomed into a warm and inviting living space where built-in cabinetry and bookshelves are seamlessly integrated into the graceful arches, maximizing both space and character. A comfortable seating area invites relaxation, while a built-in Moroccan-style couch and calfskin rug add warmth and texture, creating a space that feels cozy, elegant, and timeless.
The dining area features a large extendable table that expands to approximately 8.5 feet (2.6 meters) and comfortably seats up to 12 guests, making it ideal for family meals, holiday gatherings, or celebrating special occasions together.
Adjacent to the dining space is a well-appointed galley kitchen, equipped for the discerning kosher traveler with high-end double ovens, and thoughtful amenities including a Nespresso coffee machine for the perfect morning start.
Also on the main level is a powder room with authentic Jerusalem walls, adding to the home’s historic atmosphere and convenience for guests.
The large master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, featuring underfloor heating and air conditioning, high alcove ceilings, and graceful arches that reflect the elegance of the home’s architecture. The room includes built-in cabinetry, an ensuite master bathroom, and a private workspace with a desk and computer, creating the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and functionality.
On the lower level, guests will find a welcoming family room designed for gathering and relaxation. A large comfortable rug and purpose-built coffee table create the perfect space for family game nights and shared moments, while a dedicated workstation provides a quiet area for reading or work. A cozy queen-size alcove bed sits within the space, leading into an additional bedroom with built-in cabinetry and floor-to-ceiling windows, while still retaining the charm and warmth of a traditional Arab-style bedroom.
This level also includes a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer, making longer stays especially convenient.
The converted cistern studio provides an additional private sleeping area with a large queen-size bed, offering both comfort and privacy from the main house, along with a nearby ensuite bathroom.
